Restoration in the Quarry Rock Garden with the Friends of the Cresheim Trail

WRV is excited to team up with the Friends of the Cresheim Trail for the first time on a hands-on restoration event! Together, we’ll be rolling up our sleeves to help revive the historic Quarry Rock Garden and bring it back to its former glory. Joining the effort are David Bower and the Friends of the Wissahickon Q-Team. The event is from 9:00AM – 12:00PM. We’ll meet at Mermaid Park in Chestnut Hill (7645 Germantown Ave), the green space between Mermaid Inn and Chestnut Hill Flower & Garden. Parking is available along Winston Road and Germantown Avenue (including the 7500 block, closer to New Covenant Campus and the Trolley Car Diner construction site).
